At BY YOLANDA, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and passion. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

Eligibility for Returns

As most of our pieces are made to order or custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or custom design variations.
However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will gladly assist with a repair, replacement, or store credit.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

Please email support@byolanda.com.au with:

  1. Your full name and order number
  2. Clear photos of the item showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the concern

Our team will assess your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Custom & Pre-Order Items

All custom, personalised, or pre-order designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are individually produced to your specifications.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives faulty or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will organise a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by BY YOLANDA.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our designs, we do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.
